Here is the agenda for the event (times in bold are kept punctual while other intermediate times may vary from one meeting to the other): 8:45-9:15 free networking 9:15-9:30 welcome & intros: you can introduce yourself, your project, a burning topic, whatever you like, within 20 seconds.
